ReplyDeleteYes, i agree that nowadays companies are treating their employees as their assets because this century companies have come up with many technological updates so many works which were earlier done manually are totally computerized, so because many employees prefer the government jobs or starting up their own entrepreneurship. The companies want to retain their employees for future because we all know the perfection which a specialized human can do that kind of perfection computer cannot give, but even after the company like Ferrari has lots of high end technology even after they give priority to their employees.
